Dr. Busch has been practicing dentistry and helping people in the Kansas City area for nearly 30 years. Raised in Staten Island, New York, he attended St. John’s University in New York where he received a BS in Biology and Chemistry. He graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Fairleigh Dickinson University College of Dental Medicine in New Jersey in 1989 and then went on to earn the title of Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. Only 6% of all dentists hold both degrees.
Dr. Busch regularly consults and lectures about dental technology and overall oral health for various Fortune 500 companies. He has also been featured in FORBES, Dentistry Today and on the cover of the Kansas City Star as an outstanding example of an office that came back to work cleanly and safely during the Pandemic. He is regarded as an opinion-leader by his peers and professionals within the industry. Dr. Busch has also completed advanced training at the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, an established educational institution for sleep disorders.
He is the co-founder and creator of TeamSmile.org, a nonprofit dental organization providing underserved children with life-changing dental care.
Dr. Busch has also been proudly serving as the Kansas City Chiefs official team dentist since 2012, bringing WINNING SMILES to the field.
He lives in Kansas City with his wife, four children and dog.
