Dr. Christopher Hooper is a dentist at the Gentle Dental Center of Virginia Beach. He is a lifelong Virginian and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Madison University. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. Dr. Hooper performed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
Dr. Hooper loves to help patients improve their self-confidence by creating beautiful smiles. His special areas of interest include cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and full mouth smile make-overs. He is well-known by his patients as the dentist with the ”gentle touch.” Dr. Hooper finds one of his favorite aspects of dentistry is to observe his patients’ priceless expressions when they first see their new smiles. He also values working with his excellent partners and the great staff at Gentle Dental Center.
Dr. Hooper is a published author/national speaker. He is an active member of the OKU Dental Honor Fraternity. Dr. Hooper is on the Editorial Board of Dental Product Shopper and was a former Associate Clinical Professor MCV/VCU.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hooper loves spending time with his three adult children by boating, traveling to new places and attending the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival.
