Dr. Ian Gibbs is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who works in private practice and is an Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Yale-New Haven Hospital and St. Raphael’s Hospital in New Haven, CT. His educational credits include dental school at Temple (Kornberg) University, Graduate Practice Residency at the University of Southern California, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Howard University Hospital.
Dr. Gibbs is disciplined in all branches of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with a concentration in Pathology, Orthognathic and Trauma surgery as well as wisdom teeth extractions, biopsies, dental implants and sedation for anxious patients.
He is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Connecticut Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
