It's hard to find a better dentist in Anchorage than Terry Preece. After earning his dental degree from the University of Washington in 1980, he established and ran a prosperous general practice in Layton, Utah for 28 years, focusing mostly on aesthetic dentistry.
In 2008, he moved to Southeast Alaska, to the island of Wrangell, where he worked at a community health center. He was the only dentist on the island, so all 1,800 people went to him for a wide range of dental services. In August 2010, he moved to Anchorage with his family. He started working at the Healthy Smiles Dental, which is where he is now.
Dr. Preece takes a lot of continuing education classes and is very dedicated to giving high-quality, full-care dentistry in Anchorage, AK. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Alaska Dental Society, and the Anchorage Dental Society.
Dr. Terry Preece likes to hunt, fish, ski, play golf, and hang out with his family. He is a regular attendee at his local church. He's been married for more than 40 years and has 3 children.
