Dr. Marshall proudly followed in his father’s footsteps to become a dentist. He graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1980. After graduation, he shared an office with his father while starting his own practice, and eventually, the practices merged. Dr. Marshall also volunteered for eleven years at the Creston Dental Clinic, which provides free dental care for those in need.His commitment to continuing education led to his training by Orthognathic Bioesthetic International (OBI). OBI-trained dentists know how to treat the symptoms and causes of broken and worn teeth. Dr. Marshall knows how to create harmony with all parts of your chewing system, which leads to successful and predictable dentistry.
He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Multnomah Dental Society and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Marshall has lived in Portland since he was a teenager, and he cannot imagine living anywhere else. He and his wife enjoy camping, hiking, mountain climbing and deep-sea diving in addition to spending time with their children and grandchildren.
