Dr. Wesley Wong is the senior dentist and a managing partner of Quality Dentistry. He started his career by graduating with a B.S./M.S. in biochemistry from UC San Diego. From there he attended Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry (formerly known as University of Pacific School of Dentistry) where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1998. Dr. Wong then joined Dr. Grant Rickey in Modesto to help build what is now known as Quality Dentistry.
Dr. Wong's education and training did not stop after dental school. He continues to strive for clinical excellence. His attendance at numerous dental conferences over the past 20 plus years has covered topics such as orthodontics, implantology, TMJ, cosmetic reconstruction, and sleep medicine.
Besides being a clinician, he’s used his leadership skills not only at Quality Dentistry but in other areas of dentistry. Dr. Wong has served on the board and as president of the Stanislaus Dental Society and is currently on Dugoni School of Dentistry Alumni Board. To help dental students navigate their way through school and their careers, Dr. Wong is a mentor to the new generation of professionals. He values the overall health of people in the community and for his team to deliver the best dentistry possible.
His wife Karen has been his source of support over his career. Riley, his oldest son, attends UC Santa Barbara and has goals of following in his father’s path. Dr. Wong’s other two sons attend Gregori High.
He enjoys playing roller hockey with his sons, golfing, and traveling. His days are busy and fulfilling, but not without fun on the side! His sense of humor keeps the culture of the daily treatment of patients light and keeps his team positive. He hopes to continue to grow Quality Dentistry to help people in his community to have “The Best Patient Experience.”
